The newsletter and sponsorship rates

What the newsletter contains, what it never contains, and the published terms on which the single sponsor slot is sold.

Short answer

The Clinic Visibility newsletter goes out when there is something worth sending: changes to documented behaviour on the surfaces clinics rely on. One labelled sponsor slot per issue, sold at a published rate, with no editorial input.

What is in it

A short briefing on the discovery surfaces: changes to documented platform behaviour, updates to the guidance we cite, new structured data types worth using, regulatory changes that affect what a clinic page may say, and the occasional method for measuring something people currently guess at.

It goes out when there is something worth sending, which is roughly monthly. We do not publish on a schedule for the sake of it, and we do not pad an issue to fill it.

What is not in it

  • Rankings of agencies, suppliers or clinics.
  • Statistics we cannot trace to a published method.
  • Recycled platform announcements with no analysis of what changes for a clinic.
  • Sponsored editorial. The sponsor slot is a slot, clearly labelled, and it is not written by us.

Sponsorship: the rate card

One sponsor per issue. The slot appears in a fixed position, is labelled as a sponsored placement, and contains the sponsor's own copy within a fixed length. That is the whole product.

Current rates are published on request through the contact page, along with the subscriber count and the categories subscribers work in. We state the list size accurately, we do not report open rates as a proxy for reach, and we do not sell placements to vendors whose claims would fail the criteria on our directory page.

What sponsorship does not buy

  • No editorial input, no topic influence, no advance sight of an issue.
  • No mention in an article, then or later.
  • No link from any editorial page on this site.
  • No access to subscriber data. We never share, sell or rent the list.

What we do with your email address

We use it to send the newsletter and nothing else. It is not shared with sponsors, not sold, and not used for anything you did not ask for. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Full detail is on the privacy page.

No commercial links on this page

This article contains no affiliate links, no sponsored placements and no links to any agency, supplier, clinic or commercial brand. Nobody paid for it, nobody previewed it and no directory advertiser had sight of it. This publication does not rank or recommend agencies anywhere on the site.

Nothing here is medical or legal advice. Regulatory material summarises published guidance. Read the source before relying on it. Our full position is in the editorial standards.

Briefings when the surfaces change

Documented changes only, roughly monthly.
